Spell descriptions in game for the clickies on these items do not seem to be correct.

BP of the Chaos slayer: Illusion: Dark Sage. Spell description says, "Summons a tear of Frozen Health, which can be used to heal your wounds."

Lucid Shroud of Vigor: Celestial Rejuvenation. Spell description is missing.
