Belt of the Canyon

Belt of the Canyon shows a worn2 effect of 550 additional health regen. It doesn't look like it actually gives that effect when worn currently.

The reason for this not working was because there is a HP regen cap for items, so with the new ranking we've made it so that for every rank you get the cap is increased by, so you should see the benefits from wearing this now.

Someone has to ask it...was mana regen left untouched on purpose?

Quite a lot of stuff like this will have been inherited with the most recent revision, not necessarily a decision we made. I'm pretty sure this is one of those things so it might be something the people at eqemu will know the answer to.

Yeah the caps would be based on live. We'll definitely do the same for mana and endurance but I didn't have time to look at that part of the code as well and the HP regen was a good proof of concept to start with to see that it works ok (seems to work ok as far as I can tell though).
