HoH Evolve Items not evolving

Iirc that evolving aug scales with the number of godly points you have on your character, capping at 30k points. So if you spend points the aug will lose stats until you re-gain them.

Its based on your current Godly points. Goes from ac 50 with 0 points to ac 100 with 30 000 points.
