Lucky we got someone who had this item & was honest enough to parse and shows how Original effect + Manaflare III was totally OP (6K Dps freemana!?!)
I blame all other casters who had it and never said anything on this. If you love this server, you should directly highlight this kind of non-sense item / combo with spell. It was a 1st shot for a new Dev and it was "our" role to come back to him saying it is too OP - change that.
(I did not even want to waste time camping Quillmane as I thought tome would have been removed the same day, I did not want to bring this point up as I wasn't able to parse & argue but next, I ll go with pure theory).

I will even go deeper saying that the killing Chaotic Quillmane is a joke compare to getting ST keyed and killing Hraashna the Warder.
Even if casting time is 4 sec, Tome shouldnt be 2500 dmg.

I would consider myself happy having tome nerfed to what it is, I would have cut in half dmg to align it between: Writ of dragonkind 1K5 (-300) < Tome 1K25 (-50) < Staff of the Silent Star 1K1 (-300). Hopefully, it has a shitty resist modifier (-50), a 4sec casting time but is NOT "no drop"...

Ah yes, Hraashna is slowable but has a nasty AoE, 1M Hp more and just X2 max dmg output in addition to the key requiered to enter ST
