The HoH evolved wand Prinku the Solemn has got a 5% twin cast while other items from DSK3 have a 2% twin cast (like Vule and Dorvias drop : band of energy, gem totem of concentration and totem of pure energy), exactly like the stage 3 (out of 5) of HoH wand (the stage 4 has 4% and the stage 5 5%) .
I can understand that the last stage of HoH wand has a higher % than the previous stages, but do you think it could be possible to put the same 5% on DSK3 stuff ?
It's just that at that point of the game, everybody has the fully evolved wand (5%), thus the 2% are useless and don't allow us to change the T8 wand for another DSK3 item. And those items drop of boss 4 and 5 in DSK3. Risk and skills are much more needed than evolving items in HoH.
