The proc effect Fading Memories on item Symbol of Rhea is now replaced with the Deep Freeze Concussion effect.
There were many issues with Fading Memories being a proc. The augmentation was resetting events and caused different scripts to mess up. With this change, Symbol of Rhea should now grant a reliable and very powerful source of hate reduction while it shouldn't cause any issues anymore.
This change should be in effect now, no reboot required.

Would it be possible to get the original with Fading Memories back (maybe as an 1-1 exchange with Trizy)?
Fading Memories is a buff, and thus was blockable. Once I discovered that (and blocked it) I never had agro list problems again with it.
Of course I haven't yet played with some of the encounters that I saw people reporting about here, but I do know that I would rather have Fading Memories as a blockable hate reduction that I have to swap out for some rarer encounters, than a permanent Deep Freeze Concussion as an unavoidable hate reduction proc (if placed in a weapon that is being used).

You can now exchange Symbol of Rhea at Trizy to a version of the augmentation without any proc effect. (back and forth)
