Type 6 ?

Is there a chance that the Neck of the Endless Mind slot 6 could be changed to a slot 2 ?

Curious, does a type 6 Aug affect the base damage of a weapon, even if not on a weapon slot?

Type 6 augs are normally charm slot augs, in the case of the neck it is basically a leaf only slot.
