Purest of Thought augmentation bugged?

Picture tells the whole deal really, wanted to stuff this into me fancy new sparkling pink wand of doom, but it pops up a weird red message about class. Tried with #bot augmentitem, but same thing happened. I haven't tried putting it to anything else, since don't quite wanna waste the aug testing (and only other thing I'd put it on atm is Sleepy shield but the ol' napper ain't wanna forfeit one!). The char trying this is a shaman, before one asks.
