So I had a charm 2.0 and deleted it on Koeril because of something Lillu and I were doing. He didn't tell me to, but I did thinking it was the easiest way. However, I can't redo the turn in - assuming because of flags.

Is this on purpose?

I know this topic is old, but I'm having the same issue. I lost my 2.0 charm and am unable to do the turn-in again so I'm stuck with the original. Any help would be appreciated.
