Charm 3.0 turn in Error

when my dru (misaki) give charm 2.0 and Head of a Prince Head of a Queen Head of a King to lilly
system tell me lilly 000 is not online . you cannot pickup a lore item you already have
then my charm 2.0 and 3 Head was gone

i want to do the charm quest again .
i got another charm 1.0 . i go to kill the goblin in cb and pc . hail fairy
then i give the charm 1.0 to lilly .but lilly tell me .it need charm 2.0 and 3 head

so . how can i do with the charm quest ?

Got exactly same problem with the following step (drake essence) ; the only difference was that the fairy give me back Drake/dragon essence and eat the charm. I've sent a /petition (dont know if it's the good way to go) and always waiting (was 3 days ago). Did i need to restart the all thing ??

This is the same exact problem that happened to me, only she ate my charm, and took two of the heads from me. she was nice enough to give back the overking's head, but that wasn't the hardest one to get. I was lagging real bad at the time this happened (900+ms in shadowed grove) and it told me the lore item message three times and that "Lilly000 is not online at this time". it also said Lilly000 is interested in making a trade and Lilly000 has cancelled the trade right before the other messages.
