Explorer Badge Quest

Doing the Explorer Badge quest I noticed every apostrophe is a box.

Also, is this quest not repeatable? I lost my achivement when I deleted it and the last NPC doesn't want to talk to me

The boxes are fixed already, they just won't take effect until reboot. The quest is also repeatable and based on what badge you have, so it should work, she should say something no matter what, are you sure you were close enough and not floating too high or anything?

I probably should of given more information. I have all of the quests done in Natimbi and the zone after that. So I currently have the silver explorer badge. I go to the NPC in tipt, put it in my main inventory slot and hail him. He says something like "our business is finished Melkor"

9th Explorer Badge upgrade quest. Please have your 8th badge on your toon to initiate the conversation with Jeral Blackhart. (This quest is not repeatable at this time so you "cannot re-quest" it to upgrade for your bots badge).

I haven't done anything at all to the quest past Natimbi, so that is probably still accurate. I'll check into it when I have a chance (this week will be rough for me, so it may be on the backburner for a few days)
