Solo aura.

I was trying to do Solo Aura tonight. I looked the video up for a little help. right off the bat i noticed a letter was gotten from the npc in the Vale. I checked my bags, then my bank, both toons. Nowhere to be found. When I speak to her she tells me she has nothing for me.


Thinking maybe I already handed the letter in on one of them nights I may have had a few too many and didn't remember if I had did the turn in already. so I make my way to Sol Ro to see if Vesmund had an update by chance. He also turned my toons away.

Is there a way to start this quest over or does anyone recognize where i may be stuck?
