This quest requires you to get 5 Mihrich Fungus and 5 Herb of Keamus.

The fungi drop quite often ,but I never seen the Herbs. I've been through Karnors back and forth several times.

We might both have bad luck but I was able to confirm the issue. Loot chances are the same for the 2 items but something might be off regardless. We'll look into it.
