Solo Aura - Error with Chaotic Potion Turn-in Resulting in Missing Potions

So I was on my Paladin, Bigbowss, turning in the chaotic potions to Althea, for the Solo Aura quest. I gave them to her prior to progressing through her quest text following the gem turn-in, which returned the chaotic potions to my cursor.

I realized my mistake, and proceeded through her quest text, and then attempted to give the potions to her again, only this time it kicked them out, but with error messages stating that I already had the potions in my inventory, and only 1 of the 4 potions were returned to my cursor.

3 of the 4 potions that I had tried to turn in are now gone. I still have the Chaotic Potion of Water, but none of the others. I checked all the inventory, including the bank, and the potions have simply vanished.

Is there any way for the GM folks to reimburse these items, or do I have to re-farm everything?
