Fangor took my Dragon Blood

I know I saw a post on this the other day but cant find it now. I was doing Epic 1.5 on 3 toons together, warrior and cleric did blood turn in fine but when I did my rangers he just took it and no stone or update. I know I did it right since I had 2 other toons work. Please help =(

Morning. This was is the original or let's say other most recent thread about this topic.

Same goes for here - you need to make sure you hail every single NPC in the quest and make sure you follow all dialogs. This often happens when people do this for 2+ toons at once.

Please list the name of the other 2 chars and the one that had the problem so Lillu can investigate.
