Does it actually reflect the damage back to the caster though?

My hunch is that it only reflects player-castable spells if it's at all like how EQLive implemented spell reflect. Crazy boss-specific AOE's, unique mob spells, and procs would all be exempt from reflection if this is true.

Is there a way to redo the quest? I did the chimera one and tried to go start a different one after and wasn't allowed to.. Could I delete the item to activate the quest again?

I think the drop rate of the Sinew needs to be looked at.. I have multiple (3) toons waiting on this drop alone and multiple other toons who are quickly catching up to just needing the sinew.

Maybe make the Sinew drop off the Murkglider queen?

I might be wrong but I think that a similar request had already been asked in the past.
It's always hell hard to get the last remaining parts of a multiple loot quest.
I remember that I spent hours and hours in plane of fire trying to get the last essence of that zone but it just never wanted to drop. I never had problems in the other zones, while some guildmates had cleaned 5-6 times fear before getting them all (which makes hell lots of mobs).

I would say that it's bad luck. 10% drop is good, though it's shared between many other loots.

I dont think its 10 percent though. Alla clone hides percentages of each drop. There was a discussion on that previously on the forum.

I could go along with the random is Random thing (I'm a firm believer in it) but my data shows that it has a definite lower drop rate chance.

I picture vaion doing a select statement on the database, looking at the drop rate percentage and chuckling about 5 minutes after he reads this haha

Dont get me wrong, I enjoy the AA grind that comes with it and it gives me something to do I'll just continue farming it, getting aa's and getting the items.

I know that within those several items with a 10% drop, some might have a smaller % drop chance (we all remember the coh orb, though I never had problems with it, though I had with Vistrinda's augments).
I would just find it strange that one part of that quest have a significantly smaller % drop chance that others.
But I might be wrong too
