War 3.0 Alchemist Handour

on my warrior Togra i went to Vol`Mantuu gave him the tribal necklace. He sent me to the next part telling me to shed my skin.
I went to Alchemist Handour, all he will say is. i have nothing for you Togra. I even tried to give him the quest items, and he gave them back. I said my name, got the same message, I went back to Vol`Mantuu tried to restart it, and can't. I Went back to Alchemist Handour and still, same message I have nothing for you Togra.

I think you are just missing something that the quest ask you to do.

'If you are truly interested in learning the ways of the Martak, then return to me once you have found a way to shed your mortal form for that of a true Martak warrior.'

I have went over and over what to do Vol'Mantuu say's do not come back until you have shed your mortal form. I read in the guide you go to Alchemist Handour next. I have said everything i can think of to get him to go to the appropriate chat line. Everytime, he says, I do not have time for you Togra.
I did do what Val' Mantuu wanted and gave nim the tribal necklace and continued chat until, he was done.
I am stuck, or for me, the quest is not working.

Your quest progression flag shows that you are at the stage when you have to talk to Vol`Mantuu while in the correct form/illusion (that's what I tried to hint in my previous reply). If you talk to him like that, he'll flag you for the next stage and will also tell you where to go.

This quest is based on dialogs and flags and unfortunately can't just turn in items without any interaction. Don't just follow the guide, check what the actual quest dialog says. The lore is quite rich too.

I have gone back to Vol'Mantuu, he says, I do not have time for you Togra, after you said I was flagged. I Never got the Potion.
Alchemist Handour will only reply with I do not have time for you Togra. I can't get Alchemist Handour to give me the right chat line to make the potion to shed my mortal form, so I can return to Vol'Mantuu use the potion and continue.
I have tried with alchemist Handour:
Hail
Can you make me a potion
I need a potion to shed my mortal form
will you help me make a potion to shed my mortal form
Vol'Mantuu told me to shed my mortal form
Vol'Mantuu told me to shed my skin
how do I make a potion to shed my mortal form
and many others, always the same response.

I appriciate the fact you do not want to do the quest for me, and I do not want you too
I honestly think I am bugged, but if you say I am not, I will keep trying.

I went back to Vol'Mantuu, I see his double is gone. I tried everything I could think of, I do not get any response, other than, " I do not have time for you Togra " I never got the potion.
I am stuck.

Just to help test this, I started the quest on a warrior. I turned in the Tribal Necklace to Vol'Mantuu, went through the dialogue where he told me to "find a way to shed my mortal form". Then I went to Alchemist Handour, he had the correct dialogue mentioning how to make the potion.

Are you sure you've never handed the items to Alchemist Handour to get the potion?

Yes I did, after following what was supposed to be the correct dialog path, but Alchemist Never gave me the correct dialog. I only gave him the items for the potion after all other avenues were exausted.
If it worked fine for you, I believe you, I just have no clue what went wrong. Just FYI I have played EQ almost every day from 1999-2012 on the original server. Then I, at the behest of my son started playing on THF, and I have enjoyed it.
My point is I am quite experienced at doing quests, and they are much easier than they used to be. This one reminds me of original EQ. To be honest I probably would have never thought to go see Alchemist Handour. more than anything I wish I knew what went wrong.
If the issue cannot be resolved, can you reset the quest for me?
