finally finished quest 3 last night and here are my feedbacks:
1. the first boss is a dps zerg. i couldn't pass him with my slow dps set-up. finally beat him with 1 war, 1 clr, 1 shm, 1 mage, 1 necro, 1 wiz, shm has his rk2 buffs and mage/necro/wiz all have their donor weapons, and wiz has her donor legs too. i remember boss 3 from quest 1 used to be like that and finally he got tuned down a bit. would the dev consider tune this boss down a bit as well? this instance is aiming for "mid tier" raiders, and i think people in poair gear might have a hard time with this guy.
2. 2 hours could be tight for the instance. i ran out of time once as i was messing around, killing trash to see what drops, and also see what stories quest npc's have to offer. but if the time limit was put there to have a sense of urgency, i understand.
3. minor thing on thought crystal - seems this thing only worth 5 radiant crystal, and it's a semi rare drop. maybe dev would consider to bump up the value a little to make it worth a while. after all, even trash can drop up to 9 radiant crystals at once.
4. minor thing on the quest item of that troll's finger - took me many, many, many kills to see one drop. i don't know if this is designed to be this low or i was very unlucky. and the reward you receive from it ain't really worth it. but again, this is minor.
5. no lev, no coh in zone, and i actually liked those. coh can trivialize a zone fast and i could totally see the case here. with stick command, crawling is not bad at all.
over all, i like this instance a lot. it's something refreshing, and brings back the dungeon crawl feelings. 2 hours well spent. big thanks to viaon. i am excited to see the next one and the ones after.
