Can't log my ranger in on the private login :/

Hello, I've had success with all 9 of my characters, minus 1, as far as getting set up with the private login server and them all working. My ranger, who is on alishapc2(Xaviell) will not show up on the character select screen at all, even after setting him up on the Test Server and on the online registration page(which said it was a success after I created his info for the private login server, sigh). I can log in every account, minus this one. Any help is appreciated.
