interesting issue with connection

I followed all the guides and set up everything that was told copy/pasted all. running everquest titanium. run patcher i can select live or test server however my screen shows 0 out of 0 expansions installed and when i try and connect to either server it just restarts to the log in screen

My screen shows 0 of 0 expansions as well, but the red flag I'm seeing in your case is that you're using the patcher. Are you not running a shortcut of eqgame.exe with "patchme" appended to the target path? (ex C:\everquest\eqgame.exe patchme)

Or maybe the eqemu patcher? Which also doesn't play nice with THF. It will overwrite custom files that they don't keep up with.

i used every exe in the file and got same result all thye way around

Reviving post. I'm having a similar issue; however, my server listing is blank. I have my eqhost.txt file set to:
[LoginServer]
#Host=www.tsahosting.net:5999
Host=login.thehiddenforest.org:5999

Am I doing it wrong?

I just realized where I messed up. I have Titanium and the code is slightly different for the eqhost.txt. Instead of 5999 it's 5998

- problem solved.
