Missing SK on my account

When I originally started here a week or so ago, I just made a copy of my P99 EMU EQ folder. I downloaded all of the THF files, the installer, etc. I also registered on the THF server. When I tried to make my THF id & password it would not allow it (because I had a special character in my password). So I just retyped the password without that character and it worked. I received an email confirmation containing my account name and password without the special character.

But when I would log in it would not accept the password without the special character. I assume that means I was using the EMU login instead of the THF specific one like I thought. Anyway...

Fast forward a few days. I crashed hard when trying to augment so I reloaded everything EQ & THF related from scratch.

Now when I log in it will NOT accept my password with the special character. ~.~ So my SK, Zendra is lost out there somewhere in the abyss.

When I log in using the password without the special characters there was no Zendra to select so I created a paladin.

I now have one account name with 2 different passwords each with a different character attached to it. I would love to have my SK back but am unsure how to go about it.

For the same account (not my real pw, just an example to illustrate):
password 123$abc = my SK and I can't get to her
password 123abc = my paladin

Is there anyway to get both characters onto one account? or is there a work around for me to be able to get back onto my SK?

I'm not sure I understand what pw you set where, but if you try to use an eqemu account, you need to use the eqemu ls (or can use THF ls if you set your account with #setlsinfo in-game). If you try to log on your THF account, you need to use THF ls.

If your pw worked once, it will always work, just use proper ls setup and account/pw combination.
