Radiant Crystals causing crash

Hi there, still pretty new to the server. I was told last night that i need to "reclaim" radiant crystals under the alt currency tab to be able to use them.

I've tried this about 4 times on my main computer (3 different characters) and i insta-crash when i hit the reclaim button.

I tried on a different character, on a secondary computer, and insta-crash as well.

Any advice?

I want to say it's the reclaim button on the main inventory window, not on any sub tabs, that works. Also, are you using the client download from here and have never run another emu from that folder?

I didn't see the button in the main window =)

That seems to have worked, without crashing (the shards are now gone from inventory)
Confirmed at vendor in Shadow Haven.

I don't think so, but never tested it.
