need help on crash issues

I am running Win 7 with Nvdia GE Force 120 cards with alot of ram. Ran Hardware diagnostic and all systems were green, and all files and drivers are up to date. Did not do anything with Direct x drivers due to Win7 having latest drives. My problem is that as long as I solo or have a bot I seldom crash,BUT if in raid or full group I crash constantly within 2-3 minutes of iniating Melee. After a couple of minutes I can still see everyone but no one is moving,and my melee is not hitting and if I try clicking hotbar melee special I get a message like " you can not use that activity right now". Can anyone help me cure this problem? By the way I have plenty of Bandwidth..running fastest setting Uverse offers. Thanks for any advice Dartan

Do you have everything turned on / to max?
Sounds like you are getting what most call "loss of zone sync" to the server.
Scale back what you have turned on, like others spells and melee and criticals.
Unless you are parsing stuff you do not need to see that.
Otherwise it might be particles if you have those set really high.
