REPORT bugs here - after reading first post

How to report a bug? Here is an easy way to do it:

- first read and understand this.
- if you got a bug happened on live server and did not check on teszt server, then check on test too - may already have a fix un-applied yet
- [optional] if you come from the Test server page, where I ask for test and write a checklist about things to check, then you should select the schema and copy to clipboard.
- next you roll down one post (to the second - for geeks), and hit Quote button.
- [optional] if you copied above mentioned to the clipboard then paste it here into the quote
- fill the form and hit post

- put your name to your report
- as developer I am not to give you anything for testing, it is for your own good, but I will probably value your words after a while, if it comes to listening to players
- I need no best sellers. Use the schema and answer only those questions I want to get answered - if I want to hear anything else I will ask.
- posts wasting my time will be removed; no flames, no reply to each-other - this is not a discussion forum
- your posts will be edited
- edit your own posts instead of reply

- double posts are not hated, but deleted. Tho' I will not shout your name like a hog for trying to help me and will not curse you all over: will read, possibly merge with earlier and delete.
- do not color your post and do not edit into colored part of your post I marked somehow

SHORT description:
Causing all Npcs in Forrest to not to react

How to reproduce:
Loged into Forrest - Hailed ST Fairy - Clicked ST link (several other Players where in Zone)
Seen a few seconds later Zserver message regarding Mob

Gated to Vale - Hailed ST Fairy - Clicked ST link (no other players where in Zone)
Directly after link was clicked same Zserver message regarding Mob

Note:
I assume Vale crashed after some minutes Guildie was able to use Fairy without problem afterwards tested on my Char Fexor too.

Not fixed Guildie had it happend a few mins ago Forrest again and ST fairy, didn't checked if same thing would happen again in Vale thought but Forrest NPC's dont react again.


Restarted server and hugged the code behind as well. If you still got the problem edit this.

SHORT description:
LDoN Hard Assa (Mistmoore) bug

How to reproduce:
Ldon instanced crashed during the mission x 2 >
Boss was up during the time the crash happened >
Killed Boss and received server warning on boss dead regarding Mob>
Noticed that the progress showed 2 out of 1 instead of 1 out of 1>
Zoned to Vale and waited for it to time out>
Timed out >
Unable to request new Mission of any type or difficult

Notes:
Unable to test if it was a one time thing or if it happens allot
due the fact unable to request new mission (didn't tried to relog yet)

Edit:
Run it 2nd time didn't had a crash this time but on Boss dead recived another Zserver Mob .
Had Boss (octavius this time, no crash) and several adds on the pull killed boss first when the error message came and noticed progress went from o of 1 to 1 of 1 killed rest of the adds and checked it was not more 1 of 1 but 2 of 1 = failed adventure after time out :(

To lillu crash happend as i was otw to boss where able to see boss on bard track.


Investigating as part of adventure system bugfixes. Thank you for info.

Edit (Lillu): Tried to reproduce 3 times, no luck. Everything was fine.

Edit 2: the worst part is even if in theory you are successful this bug prevents you from leaving and request a new Adventure so you will need wait till the adventure fails and than 30 mins to 1 hour till you are able to request a new one.

Edit 3:
Another player (Draato) has with a different Adventure (Everfrost-Normal-Slaughter) type a similar problem and thought i might add it his problem according to him is that he is at 106 of 60 progression as i asked if he seen a Zserver error message he said it happend at the 61st mob .

Edit 4:Run yesterday before i loged a normal Assa no problem, this morning run Hard Assa Mistmoore again no problem so not sure if there was a fix applied or its something that not always happen.

Edit 5:I remember the 2 times i recieved the Zserver Mob problem message that the 2 bosses where unusualy hard compare to the ones i killed now without problems and the ones i killed before without problem on hard.The ones during the crashes kinda needed me to use Defense disc since they where getting me fast down to ~30% while the ones without problem barely droped my health maybe at most 10%.

SHORT description:
Items Sharing Cooldown, when no # is Set on the Spell Cooldown

How to reproduce:
Bug can be was discovered after clicking the "Orb of Life" and then attempting to use the "Chaotic Ring of Frogloks". Neither item shows that it has a specific cooldown #, but the froglok ring would not cast until the cooldown for the Orb of Life was up. The same thing happened with the "Out of Jail Card"

Items Tested:
- Chaotic Platinum Tiara - (Shares Cooldown)
- Journeyman Boots - (Shares Cooldown)
- Out of Jail Card - (Shares Cooldown)
- Chaotic Ring of Frogloks - (Shares Cooldown)
- Plate Gauntlets of the Helpless - (Shares Cooldown)
- Kizrak's Gauntlets of Battle - (Shares Cooldown)
- Out of Jail Card - (Shares Cooldown)

Has Separate Cooldown
- Orb of Spirits - (Has Separate Cooldown)
- Artorias, the Abysswalker (Warrior Donator BP) (Works on Separate Cooldown)


Notes:
Going to assume this affects quite a few items, I don't have more to test with however. Anything that has a set cooldown on it appears to be on a separate timer, but anything, even if the cooldown should be instant seems to share a cooldown with the Orb of Life. Possibly because it is recast type 0.

Thanks Drg, this appears to be a database issue where a bunch of item clickies need a recast type assigned, those ones seem to be set to 0 which causes that issue. We can take a look at updating those.

Discovered that those clickies should be set to -1 in DB so that will be sorted when it goes live. Tested and it works fine.

SHORT description:
Handing in Items in Paineel, NPCs will not take them.

How to reproduce:
For example, for the tailoring quest you have to create 4 cloaks and 4 shoulder pads. Upon handing an item to the NPC the player receives a message that "You cannot trade that item to this NPC" and it gives the handed item back. It does update the quest though so only 1 item needs to be created to complete the 4 turn ins.


Notes:
Not sure if this is intended behavior or not, or if this would even impact anyone since the solo journey isn't used much. Thought I would pass it along though.

SHORT description:
Long Out of Combat Cooldown for Regen. On The THF Test server the cooldown before you can get OOC regen is 499 minutes. Whereas on the live server it appears to be an instant cooldown for trash kills.

How to reproduce:
Kill any trash mob to engage the cooldown. Watch a few movies and then go kill a second mob after you heal.




Notes:
It's not a major issue if you have a bot to heal you or buff you, but I've been running a solo without any bots to test damage and survivability. For my Warrior I didn't notice it as much due to the donator breastplate, but with my Monk on the Alt P path i've noticed it a lot more as I have to sit and wait a few minutes when my life gets low to recover. I tested on live to verify that this wasn't the case there and that the normal cooldown applied. This is probably just a database setting that needs to be updated.

Also in an unrelated note it seems like low level damage is much higher on the live server than it is on the test server. I wasn't paying close attention and would have to run through again to verify, but it seems like the live server monk is hitting for 10-20+ more at level 2 than my monk was on the test server.

SHORT description:
Flying Kick Damage

How to reproduce:
Level Monk to 30
Train Flying Kick
Profit?

Notes:
Unsure if this is intended or is correct, but I thought I would bring it up. Flying kick appears to be doing about 450-470 damage without any AAs or Flying Kick Modifiers right at level 30. This is nice, but seems to do a lot of damage in Alt P progressoin. I'm sure it normalizes out once you start hitting the raid tiers though.
