Kael zone in problem

I dunno much about indepth networkin n such, but, do alll zones use the same port? I would ssume they do, but hey.. shrug.

Could the problem be between my isp and the server by chance? I have verizon fios here in the usa east coast. Is there anyway somebody on forum could copy the Kael files I need to replace from their working directories??? I would greatly appreciate that. I don't know what else to do here. Like I said i reinstalled the game completely 2 times and nothing. This installation disc has worked anytime I have used it on 3 different pcs in the past. And the problem is not just on one pc here it is on both my computers, occurring at the exact time with same zone Kael. I can still play the game just can't zone into Kael. Wouuldn't be so bad if I didn't need my monks epic drop from Kael for 2.0. Otherwise I would just not go there and live with it for now, lol. So, maybe some kind person will send me copies of the files I need to replace and I can try that out now. My email address is: JWL1163@verizon.net
