warping? No thanks

I play with an internet stick since i travel alot due work and a stick is my only way to play on a regular basis.
The connection i have sucks, but it could be worse. Im able to play with a ping between 1500 and 3000 on good days i go down around 1k, im actually able to raid with that connection when i count in a few relogs or disconnects. On bad days i farm AAs or money and on good days i go and hunt with my guild or friends in chardok or similar zones, or i visit a raid from time to time.

So the problem is that lillu just gave me a warping warning, wich i really do not do on purpose. I do get the message "large warp detected" from time to time tho usually after a 5 to 10 seconds lagspike or shortly bevore the server drops me and i need to reconnect.
I think everyone that has ever grouped with me can tell that i disconnect on a regular basis.

I like the Server and i do like my guild here. Im not the type of player who is exploiting, specially not on a server i actually plan on to be on longer and i would hate to get banned for something i do not do on purpose.

So if anyone got an idea how to solve the problem? But as i said a stable internet connection is out of question for me, since im travelling in countrys where an internet connection in hotels is the exeption.

Edit: thank you lillu :)

you can turn off some of your proccess in the background it'll cut down on your connection sucking so badly i always play with my explorer.exe turned off when i play eq b/c it cuts down on my wireless lag and turn off other non essensal progreams like if im just on eq my virus program is turned off as well it may not help you but it is an idea to try it at least

I have gotten some "Large Warp Detected" messages once in a while (I don't warp, etc.) but it is usually in the guild hall, or right before I get buffed in the Forest. I box, but I have an i7 system supped up with a 15/2 internet connection. Not sure why it happens but I am sure Lillu can differenciate between real warping and those messages.

i just warped like 20 times in seb and nearly got the guy i tried to help on Headhunter quest killed, im reconnecting now and hoping this helps. Lillu seems like a real great guy, i stated my problem to him and he understood.
I also understand that he is trying to get people banned that are abusing any bug or cheat and im full with him on that.
To everyone else having a lag problem that results in warping, just try to state your point to Lillu, he wont bite (at least he didnt bite me).

just a quick note that I also got a "large warp detected" message standing at the banker, I think it was, in the main hub. I tried to click a clicky item (belt with augment iirc) and I still had the bank window open. Freaked me out so I did not try to replicate the event.
