need /tell code

just starting here and i seem to be missing the /tell. other chat seems to work ie /say /ooc.

the message i get is i dont have permission, happened with /OOC also

i have the underfoot download client from steam.

anyhelp appreciated and where to find a fix.

and can reply, but not initiate /tells...
at lvl 31

Chat channels should be open very early - level, I think, level 5 at the latest

well it is all better, don't know why or what the problem was but all good now. thanks for the comments
