Augmenting causing crash-Need new default UI?

Title says it all.I did play on p99 and i did upload there custom ui files into my default UI without saving my old one. I was wondering if somone could file host a default UI for titanium for me...Please? Or suggestions on something else that could be causing the crash. Thanks.
