Halloween 2012 quest issue

This one falls under couple possible categories I suppose but the quest to scare 10 npc's in 10 zones... great quest, love it. One glaring problem... nilipuss

I seem to recall nilipuss as easily killable on live, never tried it on THF. but all my toons doing the quest are sitting waiting for him to repop to continue the quest. This could be an easy trolling issue if that's the case.

It's a running brownie in Rivervale that runs quite fast around the town. Had him yesterday, was the first one I chased and had no problem.

familiar with him, someone killed him. wasn't on tracking at all, stood around 15-20 minutes? waiting for respawn. I had already done the quest around 20 times before I ran into the problem.

Guess someone mixed up between "scaring" and "scaring him...to death" lol. Good luck

Nilipuss takes about 20 minutes to respawn. I seen him killed in front of me 3 times now while I was there for the quest. Seems some of our newer guilds still have some of that "Live" dominate all and rob others of progress spirit left in their veins. lol Not sure what they gain from it...

Nillipuss is now immune to damage and aggro. I also slowed him down to SoW speed yesterday.
