Shrink no longer working

After the restart today at about 11am EST, the shrink items I have no longer seem to work. The chat says they are being shrunk, but the characters stay the same size.

We are investigating the issue. Pretty sure we know the location of what is causing the issue with shrink but will take a bit to make sure. There is already a patch in the pipeline for tomorrow to address some issue that we noticed.
