Cant reclaim Radiant crystals

They are in inventory but nothing happens when reclaiming. Tried relogging and zoning with no luck.

Using Titanium client

Hopefully we dealt with this in game, but I had this problem when I ran the SoF client, but it went away when I upgraded to UF. So, I'm guessing it's client based.

Downloaded UF to test it and no problems with that client
