From what I've noticed, this seems to be happening with a lot of mobs that spawn after another is killed. I had the same issue with the Fennin Ro event in PoF spawning duplicate after the Guardian of Doomfire dies and Superhoss has a post up now regarding the castellions in Wind doing the same thing.

Aye so far we've isolated it down to the Death scripts on mobs, but we cannot get this to reproduce internally. Any and all information is appreciated

If you guys can, try only killing with 1 toon, 2 toons, 4 toons etc. Trying to gauge a possibility in the code.

I'm camped in PoF and will give him a shot with just my paladin monk and cleric if he's up after the servers come back up.

Or if you'd prefer I can try him with my 12 bots while you watch sometime. I've had it happen twice in a row with him so at least it's been consistent so far.

Getting the "you may not summon any more temporary pets" message in DSK 1 right now. Enrikk has no pets up atm.
