HoH Godly Points error

Character name = Ulrich

Error = Godly points are not tallying up after each kill / nor after symbols hand-ins.

Note: I have accepted the pact to receive godly points, and was successfully receiving points and purchasing armor. I then used a Djinn potion and started handing in Symbols of the Gods, and noticed that I would receive the correct amount of points for the symbols, but my total would reset every time I handed one in. This also happens when killing mobs.

Talking to any NPC to find out my points total gets a response of "You currently have 0 points"

All other characters in my group are receiving Godly points just fine, it is only the one toon that seems bugged " Ulrich "

Update:

Error occurs also in Nadox - receiving kill credit, but Godly points total resets after each kill.

I have run THF patcher and no help.
