Tyty, found a few other items missing tier around these loot tables.

I thought that at first too but the other items the in the zone that are legacy items are flagged Tier 6.

I have a question now about the legacy items with no tier so that I don't repot a bunch that don't need tiers. What makes it custom? I compared the THF items to items on live of the same name and they sure look custom.

Supple Black Cloak only had AC 8 on THF it has a lot more than that.
Sporali Defender's Blade live 17 dmg 37 delay THF version = awesome again.

You are right about this specific set of items. The rules of thumb is that normally if a zone is not completely customized, most probably the loot isn't either and thus it's not qualified for a tier flag, even if it's a bit different from live. In this case Runnyeye Citadel is not a custom zone, yet we had a general mob difficulty (and minor itemization) revamp because the zone is involved with custom quests and holiday events too, despite the zone not being a 'normal' custom zone.

To sum it up, I'll just flag these kind of drops from now on, it doesn't hurt! Thanks for posting.

Cracked Dragonshard 123095 and Chipped Dragonshard 123094 from Deepscar both say Tier 8 and have Convalescent focuses.
Shouldn't they be Tier 9 with Dark Focus?
