I find that having to pay that teleporter to be one of the most annoying things I have come across. Can we make it so you can pay a "group fee" instead of having to pass all the money around and zone them in one by one? Like if it's 500 per person, just let one person have the option of paying 3k and sending the entire group up. That I would be WAY more okay with than the current state. (Unless it was changed during a couple month hiatus and I didn't notice, then disregard ;p) If not, why not put an item on the vendor that acts as a 1 time use GROUP portal to tallon/vallon/rallos or other bosses in other zones to kill the annoyance factor with passing around money to each toon.

If you're into regular plat sinks, You could add a component to stuff like HoH gear. Since T7 didn't have a "gear set" you could charge the 3k points and something from a vendor that costs 25k, much like the bag/box/emblem T6 etc. Vaion was on point a bit with the tradeskill idea there too. The T4/5 gear sets required tradeskills and purchasing an item. Again, you have T9 set that plays off of T8... You could incorporate a purchased item here as well.

On another tangent from there, you bring up tradeskills. Why not implement recipes to craft your own gear in VT or whatever. Make it require high skills in every area, but please, for the love of god, make it tradable, haha. Tradeskills right now are fairly meaningless. You don't need them for anything other than pushing your achievement totals. They serve zero purpose if you get the aa's and don't mind farming a bit of extra stuff for aura's/HoH key.

I know I won't be very popular with this but we would like to see some idea that is not on some "reward system" based. What I mean is, we would like to integrate the platinum sink to the everyday game play. Something like the fee in PoTactics at the teleporter, things like that.

Keep it going. :)

You could have teleporting NPCs automatically deduct coin from a player when they hail/say the phrase. This doesn't have to be a global thing - it could, for instance, apply to raid instances only.

At the very least, I'd love to see this functionality implemented in Tactics.
1) Hail NPC or say the phrase to zone.
2) Server checks your money to see if you have enough.
3) Pass/fail check resulting in character zoning or you're too poor for this zone

The benefits?
+Small platinum sink that is somewhat unavoidable (depending upon adjacent zones and teleporting classes).
+Avoids trading with the NPC (an annoyance).

The drawbacks?
-Players who zone more (learning an encounter) pay more. Players who excel and die less, pay less. Or is this just a good motivator to play better?
-Players who box likely keep the majority of their money on one character. This method requires that said money be distributed across all characters (annoyance).
-Could get stuck outside of an instance at a critical time. (Running back mid-fight)

What is a fair amount?
100pp to zone into a raid instance.

re: TP plat: to simplify it, have player deposit X plat with npc ahead of time, and then use the credit whenever he needs it.

Just two more ideas that came to my mind :
For high level armor, instead of making the entire mold drop from the boss, maybe boss can just drop a part of a mold which can be completed through tradeskill and buyable component like the temper for 2.0 (maybe not so expensive too )

OR

Create something like cultural armor on live, with a quest related to race or class (like epic) through tiers (like T8 access), so plat and tradeskill could be more interesting. Not sure about the potential or power of this armor, but to make it attractive, when completed and weared, show some kind of particles around it (like a super saiyan aura !)

Lol please no, no tradeskills being something you must work on to get something or to get somewhere !

I dont mind too much being forced to pay to entire an instance like in potactics but please, as it was mentionned, make it work like new potactcs : fee for the whole group, or better (like seasonal events) raid leader pays the fee for the whole raid. If not one of the above, its just insanely painful to manually give a sum of money on each toon when you are boxing (which is the case of 3/4 of the server).

easy code fix , make some tokens sold by vendor and use them like the seasonal event raid instance;

and please, no more tradeskills ! they have nothing to do with the economy / inflation here

Make the HoH Raids instanced fights, but make the event spawned by like 1x 10k token per raid (Everyone in raid gets ported like seasonal events) and change lockout time per guild to 23 hours so no push back on raid times.

At 10k a token per raid in HoH, That would consume 60k plat per day per guild that does it if all raids done.

Also instead of the items dropping in 4 different zones for HoH Access quest make them all buyable since you can fail the combine anyways and that will dispose of some plat also.

Change #1:
Upon the next reboot: Researcher Aruz in Halls of Honor will have the 50pt Godly Symbols for sale for the price of 8,000pp per symbol. For those who are wondering/doing the mental math, that is 4Mill pp total for a DSK3 flag with 0 previous points.
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...
