I contacted the datacenter, they will look into any possible error asap. Waiting for their call back. I'll let you know guys if we find anything out.

Not trying to attack you guys, but the disconnection has to deal with your private login server, not us which it looks like you're trying to say. Im running a 50+m/s connection running raidcall when it happens, with how touchy RC is id disconnect from it too if it had to deal with my connection. A guildie that also runs a 50+ connection gets the same issue, yet when he cant log in through the private login he can log in just fine through the eqemu login. Another whos in the boondocks Missouri thats running off an antenna on his roof does not suffer this. No idea whats going on but, i dc twice a day, everyday same with other guildie. Its statically around the same times every time it happens

We definitely are not trying to lay the blame on any players :) our assumption is that it is something with the datacenter and the maintence work that they did. Because of how this particular issue is occurring (kicking players who are doing nothing, blocking players from login server, happening on nearly a timed interval) we do not believe that it is the actual server coding. While that definitely does not mean we have stopped investigating our code, it just means that we are pretty sure it's not the server code causing the issue :)
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...

1 char in Forest, 4 in CoMist - Forest and 3 of 4 in CoMist experienced a disconnect at approx 5:35 am UTC on 3/9. Remaining char in CoMist seems to have desynced. Until I was able to post this all THF sites were unavailable.

I've got the reply from the datacenter and there's no issue at their side they could confirm.

My question is, is this lag/desync happens to EVERYONE or just a selected few. Please reply to this thread if you are experiencing anything unusual, but also do reply if you have no issue at all.

IF you do have any kind of issue, please include how often and how does it happen. Just for the note, we (the devs) sometimes do lag the server out by connecting to it via RDP over a slow internet connection (mobile internet) or working on the live game server database doing huge queries. So please note, we are looking for issues that you "usually" do not experience, the issues that are "out of line" and repeating.

Excluding the global connectivity loss that occurred last night and the one instance where I had desynch issues in HOH (this hasn't repeated), I've had no issues and nor has my guild mate. We're both based in England.

I have not had any issues with desync or lag. I usually play 3 to 6 toons on 1 PC with 6GB RAM, Titanium client, EQBC, use all Luclin models. I am located in Virginia,US if that matters.

I've experienced problems in HoH the past few days, with lag and random disconnects. However, I'm not sure its the server/server center or my connection; I've had issues with my ISP in the past. From Norway.

I haven't been on since Saturday, but when I was then I was experiencing random disconnects where all of my characters would go LD and I would be unable to log back in or get onto the THF website for around 5 min or so. Every other website etc that I tried to go to was fine and loaded perfectly. I believe this happened two or three times to me Saturday. It would be fine for a couple of hours and then out of nowhere (mostly in the middle of something, not AFKing) I would get disconnected.

It has been basically unplayable for me. I am in the US in Utah. I have had two problems consistently.

1. Disconnects:
I would have a number of toons disconnect, however, not all toons. The toons that would disconnect would take roughly 5 min before they could see the Login Server and reconnect. The toons that stayed connected had no problem at all. Could chat, zone, etc. If I played a for a while and it happened more than once, it would be different toons. Meaning if the first time one specific toon stayed connected, the second time they disconnected but others stayed. While I could not reconnect, I also could not hit this website. Its only THF I could not see. I could go and do what ever else on the web.

2. Desyncs
I did a couple of boss events in HoH and Nadox and 2-4 toons would desync on each event. I could camp them and bring them right back and they were fine. They did not disconnect. It happened on the Volkara, Draekon, Seravince, Zenurix & Vistrinda.
