Fixes from a new player stand point.

Recently came back to THF after a few years away and my first goal on the server was to do every available quest while leveling up. Below i will keep an updated list of bugs or general quick fixes that would make the server better, as i find them in game.

Tier 1:

PC:

Plergs! The only quest in PC that doesn't have the quest reward as a link in the quest journal, seems like an easy fix and would let people see the item stats before doing the quest.

Thievery: The drop rate on the quest items off bandits are super rare, i believe it took me around 62 kills to get 2/3 of the pieces, at this point i just quit trying to finish it.

Unrest: Master Assassin Passion The Ruthless - Boss is way to hard. I had a cleric Rk 2 spell on me (7500 hp) all the quest clickies and a cleric bot. She got me all the way down to 20% hp. Unless this boss was specifically made for group play, i dont think anyone without super buffs can take her on level.

Thats it for tier 1 leveling zones.

what's your toon and equipement ? You know that cleric bot aren't that good :) I personally remember when I was in Guk, facing Lord, wiping a few times because of fear :) And I had few toons around so fact that you wipe with one toon + one bot doesn't mean it's too hard. Might mean that it can't be soloed at your level / equipement.

webtools/magelo/character.php?char=Thantos

Pretty much everything im useing now minus the chaotic bow and i was level 31 at the time i did the fight, granted im a rogue.

Level 31 + 7.5k hp + lifetap buff from clicky + cleric merc and i got dropped to 20% from full hp.

Take it as you will but these are just suggestions from a new player, as someone who is leveling fresh.

with a RK2 cleric hp buff yes, like i said these are only suggestions but i dont think this boss can be done by any on level toon + bot combo without superbuffs

I get your point, but again, I am not sure that boss is meant to be killed by a level 30 rogue (dps) and a simple bot (that doesn't react as good as a boxed cleric). Maybe it's meant for a 2 or 3 toon fight.
Early levels are way behind and I never hunted Unrest so I might be wrong. There are surely more experienced people on that field that can bring feedback better than me :)
Anyway, it's a good idea to give some from the early levels.

I've leveled up over 15 toons in unrest, and when I was a newb I never did it with super buffs. I've always leveled up with a warrior bot and focused on their gear over my own because they are good dps and fantastic tanks. I remember thinking that eyeball dude was impossible to kill, but I got better gear, leveled up more and then he was easier. Using the right bot class can be the difference between having it easy and having a difficult time. I've never used a cleric bot, but I'm sure they are far from being good healers, they contribute no dps and cannot tank. I would try a different bot class.
