This is becoming the norm.

All of us in NV are seeing the same problem. This screen clip is one of the worst ones I have seen usually the worst ping we see is 500-800. We will be playing for hours with no issues, in this instance I zoned 6 toons to Everfrost as I already had 4 there with no problems and a nice stead 190 ping. Zone the other 6 in and this happens, attempt to log them back in and they won't log in.
End up using stuck character mover and can get going again. This happens with or with out a third party program running in the back ground.

I had similar issue in Everfrost. Had 6 toons in and they all lagged/desynced out. Had to /q and use stuck toon mover to get them out of the zone. I didn't take a screenshot of the ping but it was around the 4000 mark I believe.

I run 6, and its becoming quite annoying to drop a character every time I zone. its a different character every time, but every time I zone, I lose one at least, sometimes two. With all the zoning that is required for holiday quests, this is slowing me down incredibly, to the point where I don't really want to log in anymore.

Pickup quest in Everfrost (hope I can stay online long enough to run to the bear and hail) zone to Forest, lose 1. Re-log zone to GD, lose 1, re log, zone... anyway you get the idea. What can be done about this?

We have guildies that can't do Rallos because of the lag. We have guildies who cant stay online through the Vistrinda Fight. It's just frustrating.

We'll revert some recent changes. Please let us know if it's still and issue in Everfrost, etc.

From what I saw yesterday the changes were awesome! I had reduced my crew to 10 toons because of sync and server ping issues. After seeing how well it was running yesterday I went ahead and increased it back to 12 with no issues to report.

One thing we did notice was in Nadox specifically Vistrinda. We still had toons phasing in out out and the lag got really bad but, I did not have anyone go out of sync.

DSK 1/2 toons still phase in and out. I ran right by Blique and never saw him and he never saw me.

Did not have any issues getting 20 into Everfrost to do the raid events - no one else in zone when I zoned in. Lost 1 when zoning into one of the raid events.

We were still seeing some lag / zoning issues into Nadox last night. 1st person in 10 characters no issue. 2nd person in, 20 characters, 1 desync. 3rd person in, 12 characters, 3 desyncs. Vistrinda fight was laggy but doable but not near where it used to be. We used to have 8-10 ppl running close to a full raid with little to no lag.

DSK3 - same group of people / toons believe we only had 1 desync and that was after boss 1 fight. Didn't seem to have an issue with first 4 fights lag wise.

HoH / Chaos - same group of people - no issues zoning. Slight lag on Chaos fight around eyes spawn.

Ran the clue quest with 21 and had no issues zoning. Granted there was no one else in the zones when I zoned in.

Dec 24 10:00pm - 2:30am GMT-5 give or take.

regards,

Niix

Please make sure to say when did all of this happen. Before or after today's reboot. The new code was reverted due to some new crashes and won't go live until they are fixed. But all in all it seems like the recent fixes are helping with zoning.

Lag during events is another story but please give us feedback about it also.

Dec 25 - 11pm gmt-5

Zone into vale and everfrost with 21 no problem
Zone into East Commons - 8 either lost or ping so high had to camp - 10 ppl in zone.

27 min later able to complete Sergeant Slate task -- 15 total camp outs, 2 accounts had to be totally restarted, 3 disconnected after being in zone for awhile.

Ported to vale group by group, zone all into Najena - no issue.

Dec 27 - 12:05pm gmt-5

Tried to zone into Everfrost using Abely
Went single for a couple of characters (3) then the rest (18) - All but 1 (part of the 18) crashed to login screen. The one that stayed in - ping was 2k +.

40 ppl in the zone
