Missing spawns in Ssraeshza Temple

Ive been trying to complete my Headhunter quest the passed few weeks, but I cant seem to find some of the NPCs in the Temple. ( Arch Lich Rhag`Zadune and Rhag`Mozdezh )

Well, i know where they are, they are just never up.
I dont think that this zone is THAT contested so is there any chance you can check if they really spawn ?

Arch Lich Rhag`Zadune and Rhag`Mozdezh are part of a cycle. You have to kill Rhag`Zhezum who will spawn Rhag`Mozdezh who will spawn Arch Lich. The spawn location for these mobs are different too.
