Isn't Kithicor supposed to spawn undead at night? The wandering skells and such? And the npc Juniper has been reported as missing...

Seconding this. I went roaming around there this afternoon and never could find Juniper. Went and found an old post about where the NPC was supposed to spawn and went right to there, found nothing. So, I sat around for a while, letting the day/night changes happen. Juniper didn't spawn in the day nor the night, and the rest of the zone remained the same NPC wise, no sign of any undead.

Kithicor should be working properly now. Note* the undead script is currently disabled due to a crash tho. But the quest npcs should all be up.
