Clone down?

I keep getting a page can not be displayed when trying to access the clone to look up items.

Webtools appear to be down or having issue again. Magelo and item search links from wiki load to a blank page

I was trying to load the LDoN page earlier and it wouldn't load. Tried it now and still won't load.
