Shady Merchant says not enough points

I believe the Shady Merchant is supposed to sell you augs for 100,000 HoH points. I currently have 163,604 on Morselmonster, but cannot buy an Honor Rune (Tier 9) as the Shady Merchant says "You do not have enough points for this item".

Heya,

The Shady Merchant is a 100.000+ Godly point seller for the top tier, so basically he'll have anything above 100k. His actual stock consists of 4 x 150k and 1x 200k augments. We plan to extend his items in the future.

Also, we are open to feedback about the item or the godly point price. There are quite a lot of players with 100k+ points tho and we wanted to offer them something special here.

I'd love to see the elite Godly Point vendor offer up weapon augs (since t8 augs are the next big upgrade from the t5 weapon augs), rare illusions and even Lillu Distillers. Maybe something similar to the big guy that burns AA points in Qeynos sewers?

These are great ideas! Would be a huge help if you (anyone ) could make a list of these items (item ID), the T5 and T8 versions too so we can create a balanced T6 or T7 version for them. Illusions are always fun, so that's a decent idea too.

There are no weapon damage aug quests as far as I know in Tier 6.
Plane of Fear and Veeshan's Peak trash drops a couple of slot 16 weapon augs. Damage range 5.
Solusek Ro has a few boss dropped weapon augs. Damage range 3-14, (mostly slot 4 augs.)

There are no weapon damage aug quests as far as I know in Tier 7.
Dreadspire Peak has a couple of trashed dropped weapon augs, and a handful of weapon augs dropped from minis and bosses. Damage range 6-14.
Citadel of the Worldslayer has a boss that drops a few weapon augs, and a couple of trash dropped weapon augs. Damage range 8-11.

Weapon augs that are boss dropped in Tier 8 between Halls of Honor and Nadox range between 13-18 damage.
Note that I didn't include any 2Hand or Archery damage augs in this research.
