Hello! Not sure if this is fixable the lazy way, but 2 of my toons (Dukekaboom and Camilto) recently turned in the Sarnak Royal heads but did not receive the charm. Upon further examination, it appears I never fully completed the Evil Twins quest so it ate the heads as part of the Evil Twins quest and left me to go back and get them once more.
I am not opposed to running through Chardok again but figured I would try the lazy way first. I will also accept the perfectly valid response of "shit happens, go fetch again!". Thanks!

Sorry about the item losses! We can do item reimbursement as per our item reimbursement policy. Basically we'll replace items that you normally can't get again, e.g. non repeatable quest rewards.
