Name: Fury of the Storm
Reuse: 30 seconds
Duration: 1 minute
Effect: Targeted AE rain effect that deals 2k damage per tick. Most rains are limited to only 3 waves (two if it hits more than one mob), it'd be cool to see rains that last longer, and perhaps with larger than normal ranges, also keep in mind that for whatever reason rains arent' usually affected by damage foci.
Class: Ranger
Name: Nature's Warden
Reuse: 3 Minutes
Duration: 5 ticks
Effect: Self buff that drastically increases accuracy with all weapons, and increases archery critical hit damage.
Class: Wizard
Name: Chaotic Magic
Reuse: 6 seconds
Duration: Instant
Effect: Long casting nuke that deals between 5k and 20k damage and uses no mana. Cast time should be about 8 seconds. (Allows a wizard to keep going if mana becomes an issue, the random nature of the spell's damage should make it fun to use.)
Class: Magician
Name: Elemental Guardians
Reuse: 6 seconds
Duration: 10 minutes
Effect: Defensive proc buff, when a player is struck with this buff on, there is a chance that a minion will be pulled from the elemental planes to assist that player against his/her target.
Class: Rogue
Name: The hand is quicker...
Reuse: 2 minutes
Duration: 3 ticks
Effect: The next backstab will be a quadruple backstab, and cannot miss. Can be used in combat.
Class: Cleric
Name: Unwavering Faith
Reuse: 5 minutes
Duration: 3 ticks
Effect: When this buff is placed on a target, that target recieves half damage from all sources. Instant cast.
Class: Beastlord
Name: Feral Tendencies
Reuse: 2 minutes
Duration: 3 ticks
Effect: Places a buff on the beastlord that gives the beastlord a chance to summon powerful wolves to assist against his/her target. These beasts will persist until either they or their target are dead.
