I eventually bought this AA (the 3 levels) since it appeared to be fixed. However I can't use it as I always get the message "You must first select a target for this spell". This happens should I have a target selected or not.

I tested with Hood and it worked for him. Didn't touch it since then either. Are you sure you are using the latest spellfile?

Aye, I'd make sure your spell file is up to date, Nagash. This AA still works perfectly for me atm. Cept for that vicious cooldown, oooooh!~

It was indeed bugged, Rank 3 that is. Rank 1-2 should be working just fine.
