Enchanter Buff Stacking Issue

Vallon's Quickening and Voice of Clairvoyance are over writing each other even though one is an Attack/Haste buff and the other is a Mind/Mana Regen buff...in others words different buff slots.

Hastening of Salik and Voice of Clairvoyance are doing the same thing, so I'd guess the issue lies with VoC.
