Spirit of Savegery

does anyone know where the lvl 70 beastlord spell Spirit of Savegery is found/purchased? Not much info on the web tools

The spell looks to be the upgraded version of the T6 Tactics spell Spirit of Mastery.

So my guess would be the newer Tier 9 class spell that is quested in the outdoor T9 zone (there isn't anything on the wiki yet for it - but there is a google doc guide out there somewhere).
