Cry havoc issue

Cry havoc seems changed something and it made me troables while raid since server patch for spell update or so

this is what i found after many of testing. because my toons getting lost enc insight of the seer rk. III in zeker group suddenly

1. cry havoc (berserker critical chance disc song)

- if you have insight of the seer rk. III (enchanter buff) and if you use cry havoc, cry havoc will overwrite that enc spell. also after overwrite, cry havoc staying at buff list. (cry havoc have to stay at song list )

- if cry havoc still at buff list (since cry havoc overwrite insight of the seer ) , and if you try to use insight of the seer rk. III again, that enc buff is not landed untill cry havoc is gone.

- BUT , if you not buffed insight of the seer rk. III , and if you use cry havoc, cry havoc will staying at song list.

seems only cry havoc getting error while you buffed insight of the seer buff

(same happened on UF and RoF2 client i tested)

this is other issue of berserker song buffs. i was wondering about this long time.

cry havoc - 2sec recast time
cold rage IV - 5min recast time
echoing whispers rk. III - 3min recast time

ex) if you use cry havoc first, then you can use cold rage IV or echoing whispers rk III aswell. because cry havoc is 2sec recastime. these all songs stackable.

ex) if you use cold rage IV or echoing whispers RK. III first, you can't use cry havoc because these x3 songs are same disc type and cold rage and whispers rk has long recast time.


so you need to use cry havoc first if you want to use two songs at same time. (ex= havoc+cold or havoc+whisper)

(other way is you get T7 berserker clickys, then you can keep these x3 of songs at same time.)

would be cool if you balancing that recast time these x3 berserker songs

or

all x3 songs has other disc type .

idk what is best way . anyway i dont wanna use trick like this "cry havoc first" for keep least two songs.

This is already fixed, I'll do a reboot tomorrow to patch it. Short duration buffs were being mixed up with the other buff window, aura of the witchdoctor was also doing the same with divine intervention.

I just reverse engineered my way to this post by playing around with the macros. I have discovered that cry havoc is removing Inisght of the Seer Rk. I from my netbots list of buffs. My character doesn't actually lose the buff, but my enchanter thinks I did because ${NetBots[Mycharname].Buff} no longer shows it has 9245 (9245=Insight of the Seer Rk. I) in the list of buffs(in the array). So the issue is that my enchanter starts chain casting the buff as it doesn't seem to add it back into the list of buffs unless I zone or remove the buff first. For now I won't cast Seer on my melee group and it should get me back to normal, but thought I'd mention it in case the netbots info is useful.

Funnily enough, you can run into another looping cast situation with Cry Havoc. Both Strike of Savagery and Prophet's Gift of Ruchu (zerker and shaman epic 2.0 buffs, respectively) correctly overwrite Cry Havoc. This seems to happen because the Cry Havoc song has 11 different slots (Slots 1 through 11) filled with +critical hit % chance, instead of just using one slot like Strike of Savagery (Slot 9).
