I caught wind Striat was working on the overcap issue, and I'm not hugely concerned about having to take off my epic + helm to cast max stuff. If it really bothers me I'll just find the fix.

Rhytmn of speed due to the short duration of 18 seconds is limited use regardless, so it was a good boost and I don't think was too overpowering, though Tyler noted he may be lowering it. I mean, having selo's indoors is good for only seldom situations. 1) go through greens and quickly find a named. 2) make trains, 3) catch up to people who cleared through.

Maybe 4) of getting deep into a dungeon of stupidly hard mobs or something, but in that situation you are going to have to be invulnerable to get anywhere and this song's 18 second duration will fade fast while invul. Selo's Chorus would be more useful in that situation. Or a SoS rogue, as most mobs are being flagged passable by them.

So, I think it's fine.
