Godly conversion has been removed from the paladin Spell (obvious typo, sorry) and increased to 2k rune.

What you don't see in the spell parser on the clone is the advanced chance to proc which is 600% at rank 4.

does it stack with godly conversion?

Haven't looked at the spellfile but i dont see a reason why a rune would prevent you from having godly conversion on you.

thought the second part of your post was in reference to SK's IV procing @ 600.

Does any part of the SK I-IV actually stack with godly conversion?

No, the 600% refered to the Paladin proccing rate (although Death March 4 also has a 600% proc mod) and the SK Spells most likely won't stack with GC. You may be able to have both buff icons on you but the increase Damage mod will should not stack.

Thinking about it for a few days in regards of "Vengeful Retribution" would it be maybe possible to change the Buff or the Proc so either uses the Short Buff window ?
Reason why i am asking and main reason i don't realy use it that much is the lack of buff slots.

Unable to scribe the 70 Beastlord spell "Animalistic Fury Rk1".

Gives no error message.

Have the most up-to-date spell file and custom files.

Scribed other lvl 70 Rk1 spells with no problem.
